Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 16, 2026

This policy explains what we collect and why. If you have questions, contact us at info@cyberfueledit.com.

1. Who we are

Cyber Fueled IT ("we," "us," "our") provides computer repair, custom PC building, and related IT services in the Middle Tennessee area. This policy describes how we handle information collected through our website and in the course of providing our services.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Contact details — name, email address, phone number, and mailing/billing address.
  • Service request details — information you submit through our forms (e.g. custom PC requests, quote requests, remote support requests), including device details, your reported issue, budget, preferences, and any notes you provide.
  • Intake information — when you drop off a device, details about the device, its condition, accessories, and your data-handling authorizations.
  • Communications — records of emails and messages between you and us.
  • Newsletter signups — your email address and consent status, if you opt in.

We also automatically collect limited, privacy-respecting website analytics (such as pages visited and general traffic sources) that do not identify you personally and do not use tracking cookies.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your requests and provide quotes, services, and support.
  • Build, repair, and document your custom PC or device, and communicate status updates.
  • Send you transactional updates about your job (e.g. status changes, ready-for-pickup notices).
  • Send newsletters or marketing communications, only if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • Maintain records for invoicing, warranty, and customer service.
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website and services.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business, including with service providers who process data on our behalf, such as:

  • Our website host and infrastructure provider (Cloudflare).
  • Our customer-records and workflow tools (e.g. Notion).
  • Our email delivery provider (e.g. Resend) for transactional and opt-in emails.
  • Our accounting/invoicing provider (QuickBooks) for billing and payments.
  • Scheduling, lead-management, or similar tools used to operate the business.

These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services, meet warranty and legal obligations, and maintain business records. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

6. How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encryption where appropriate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

  • Marketing emails — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter, or by contacting us.
  • Access and correction — you may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to our record-keeping obligations.
  • Transactional messages — service-related messages (such as job status updates) are part of providing the service you requested.

To make a request, contact us at info@cyberfueledit.com.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
