Terms of Service
Effective date: June 16, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cyber Fueled IT website and the services we provide. By accessing our website, submitting a request, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our services
Cyber Fueled IT provides computer repair, custom PC building, tune-ups, virus and spyware removal, education, remote support, and related IT services. Specific scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed on a per-job basis. Quotes and estimates are provided in good faith and may change if the scope of work changes or unforeseen issues are discovered; we will communicate any material changes before proceeding.
3. Requests, quotes, and bookings
Submitting a request, quote, or booking through our website does not create a binding contract until we confirm the work and you authorize it. We may decline or refer out work that is outside our scope. We do not currently provide programming or custom software development services.
4. Payment
Payment terms are agreed per job. Invoicing and payment are handled through our accounting provider (QuickBooks). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion or delivery of the service. We may require a deposit for certain work, such as custom builds or special-order parts.
5. Customer responsibilities and data
- You are responsible for backing up your data before service. While we take reasonable care, you authorize us to perform work that may affect data on your device, and we are not responsible for data loss except as required by law.
- You represent that you own the device(s) or are authorized to request service on them.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to retrieve your device promptly when notified it is ready.
- Devices left unclaimed for an extended period after notification may be subject to storage fees or disposal as permitted by law.
6. Warranty
Custom PC builds include a standard one-year parts-and-labor warranty, with two- and three-year options available. Warranty terms cover defects in the work or parts we supply and do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, software issues, or normal wear. Specific warranty details are provided with each build. Repairs and other services may carry their own limited warranties as stated at the time of service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyber Fueled IT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Website use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to it or any systems connected to it. Website content is owned by Cyber Fueled IT and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Third-party tools and links
Our website and services may use or link to third-party tools and websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Tennessee.
